We stand behind the quality of our fragrances. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

Accepted Returns:

  • Unopened bottles in original packaging
  • Damaged or defective products (opened or unopened)
  • Wrong item shipped

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened bottles (except if damaged/defective)
  • Products returned after 30 days
  • Products without original packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Note: Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened fragrance bottles unless they are defective.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at info@essenza.mt within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will send you return instructions
  4. Ship the product back to us using a trackable method

Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Wrong Item: We cover return shipping costs

Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Malta Returns: We may arrange free collection for defective items

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  1. We will inspect the product (1-2 business days)
  2. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
  3. Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  1. Take photos of the product and packaging
  2. Contact us within 48 hours at info@essenza.mt
  3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different fragrance:

  1. Return the original product for a refund
  2. Place a new order for your preferred fragrance

Non-Delivery

If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking information
  2. Contact us at info@essenza.mt
  3. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost
