We stand behind the quality of our fragrances. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
Accepted Returns:
- Unopened bottles in original packaging
- Damaged or defective products (opened or unopened)
- Wrong item shipped
Not Eligible for Return:
- Opened bottles (except if damaged/defective)
- Products returned after 30 days
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to misuse
Note: Due to hygiene regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened fragrance bottles unless they are defective.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at info@essenza.mt within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will send you return instructions
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable method
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Wrong Item: We cover return shipping costs
Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Malta Returns: We may arrange free collection for defective items
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- We will inspect the product (1-2 business days)
- If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Take photos of the product and packaging
- Contact us within 48 hours at info@essenza.mt
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different fragrance:
- Return the original product for a refund
- Place a new order for your preferred fragrance
Non-Delivery
If your order doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe:
- Check your tracking information
- Contact us at info@essenza.mt
- We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost
